Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for refund or exchange on defective or incorrect items. Your satisfaction means a lot to us. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.
We uphold the highest quality and stand by that quality, but occasionally, manufacturing defects can slip through the process and make it into your hands even with our strict quality control. If this has happened, we want to know about it. We do our best to remedy the situation by replacing the item at no cost, if deemed a manufacturing defect.
